I am a graduate of New York College of Health Professions, with a degree in Occupational Studies. Areas of study and knowledge include Swedish, Asian and Sports massage. Deep Tissue, Myofascial Release, Structural Integration, Trigger Point Therapy, Medical and Pregnancy massage. I'm a Graston Technique Provider and certified in Manual Lymphatic Drainage, Reflexology, Heated Bamboo massage, Massage for cancer, hospice, HIV/AIDS and life altering illnesses.
